Abi’s Sleep Story ("Abi’s Sleep Story", "we", "us", "our" or “paediatric sleep practitioner”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our clients in accordance with the General Data Protection Act (2018) UK and other relevant data protection laws.

We collect personal data from clients solely for the purpose of providing paediatric sleep consultation services. This data may include but is not limited to:
Client's name, contact information (email address, phone number, address), and demographic information.
Information about the child's sleep habits, medical history, and any other relevant details necessary for the consultation process.
Personal data is collected directly from clients during the consultation process, the pre consultation form and/ or through our website's contact form.
We process personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations to clients and providing them with the best possible service.
Data Storage and Security:
We store personal data securely and take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information.
Personal data is stored electronically on a secure server accessed only by Sleep Story. Physical records/paper documents are not kept.
Access to personal data is restricted to Abi’s Sleep Story only and is limited to those who require access for the performance of their duties.
Data Retention:
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed unless retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
